Day Boat Hire

Fun seekers travel from all over the world to hire our self-drive Dayboats "Wyvern" and "Cheers". Day boating is a fun way to visit the K & A's canal-side pubs, or just have a family picnic aboard and watch the wildlife and countryside go by. Self-Drive dayboat costs are as little as £13.00 per head for the whole day!

Our boats are all steel canal boats and they are permitted through locks. Limit of day hire navigation is Dundas Aqueduct (8 miles west) and Seend (5 miles east). Seend is 3 hours cruising away so don't plan to use the Barge Inn for meals - you won't have time - anyway it is much more fun to take a picnic!

Mid-Week Special! Hire Both Boats any day Monday - Friday for just £200.00
Prices	Cheers - £130.00 per day & Wyvern - £105.00 per day Full advance payment is required at the time of booking
Hire Times	Daily 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. (Last Light in Winter)
Security Deposit	A refundable security deposit of £100.00 per boat is required before departure - payable by debit/credit card or cash. Deposit is refundable if the boat is returned on time, clean and undamaged.
